Getting Started
Dealing Cards
- In start of each round player receives 5 cards.
- Talon (draw pile) lies next to it with cards lying upside down so the players don`t see the cards.
- In each started round a card from top of the talon is drawed and layed on the table as a “starting card”.
- Any remaining cards form a talon (draw pile) are in the center of the table. If there are all cards drawed from talon then last lying card stayed in center of table and the rest is shuffled and used again as a talon.
Battle Rules
Turn Order
- The player to the left of the dealer starts and play proceeds clockwise. If its a first round of game usually the youngest of players starts. Next round starts a player that lost the last round.
- The starting player lies one card on starting card, and others must follow with a card of the same color( In fantasy deck we have gold humans, green elves, blue dwarfs, orange orcs or type of card( Lord, Hand, King, VII, VII, IX, X ). If a starting player doesnt have the same color or type of the card he draws one card from talon to his hand and next player is on the turn.
- Player can play more cards of one type( Lord, Hand, King, VII, VII, IX, X ). For example if a there is a blue X on the table and he has orange X and green X on hand then he can draw both cards on the table.
- If they dont have any color or type of card on hand, they need to draw one card from talon and put it in his hand then next player is on the turn.
- If a player lies all of his cards from hand on the table then he is out of the round and other players are playing the game until there is last one with cards in his hand. Then the round is ended. That last one player looses that round and is obglited to shuffle the talon and draw cards for other players in next round( as a punishment for loosing). In start of next round the player that lost in last round is a starting player.
- If a player lost in last round he will recieve 1 card less. For example if a player lost 3 rounds, he will draw only 2 cards in start of next round.
- A player that has one drawed card in start of round and will lost the round is then out of game.
- Absolute winner of the game is a player that is the last one with cards in his hand on starting of round.
Card Values
Unique effects that change the game
Some cards in deck have special value if they are drawed on the table,
their values are written down here:
VII`s with three cards icon
(4 cards of every color)
If drawed on table then in start of next player`s turn he needs to draw 3 cards from talon for one VII that is drawed. Example: If a player draws two VII`s on the table then next player needs to draw from talon 2 x 3 cards = 6 cards drawed from talon tha he puts in his hand. After he draws cards from talon he can continue his turn and can put cards on table if he has color or type that suits the last card on table.
Lord with X three cards icon
(1 card of green elf color)
If drawed on table then in start of next player`s turn he needs to draw 3 cards from talon for one VII that is drawed. Example: If a player draws two VII`s on the table then next player needs to draw from talon 2 x 3 cards = 6 cards drawed from talon tha he puts in his hand. After he draws cards from talon he can continue his turn and can put cards on table if he has color or type that suits the last card on table.
Hand with arrows icon
(4 cards of every color)
If you draw a Hand on the table you can change to any color of your needs. You need to shout out the color you are changing so next player on the move needs to draw that color from his hand that was changed. If he doesn`t have the color on hand he needs to draw one card and next player is on the move.
Ace
(4 cards of every color)
If drawed then next player can`t play his turn and next player after him is on the turn. If there are more Aces layed on table then next players in a row can`t play their turns. Example: 4 player are in the round and one of then layed 2 aces then 2 players that should have turns are stopped and the 3rd player is on his turn instead.
VII`s with three cards icon and purple skull
(1 cards of orange color)
If a player in previous turn layed his all cards this card will instantly send him back to game and he has to draw 3 cards from talon in to his hand.
